Popular filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon, who is known for making ventures like Minnale, Vaaranam Aayiram, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Kaakha Kaakha and many others, recently revealed that he has scripts ready for two of the biggest megastars of Kollywood industry, who are Thalaivar Rajinikanth and Thalapathy Vijay. Talking to India Glitz, the director said that Dhruva Natchathiram was earlier planned with Thalaivar but it couldn’t happened at that time. He also said that he feels that the Darbar actor can play emotional roles well and soon if he gets a chance he will narrate one such story to him.
Speaking about Thalapathy Vijay, Gautham said that it’s his desire to work with him in a musical love story and will soon approach him with a complete script. Well, we will be more than happy, if these projects materialise in the coming days.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth will be next seen in Annaatthe. The film marks the first collaboration between the megastar and Siva and it is said to be huge one since the filmmaker is a blockbuster director and has given some phenomenal hits in the past. Siva’s directorial Viswasam clashed with Rajinikanth’s Petta on the box office earlier in 2019. The two movies were released on Pongal and were box office hits. Annaatthe is Rajinikanth’s third association with production house Sun Pictures after their hit collaboration in the past with Enthiran and Petta. National Award winning actress Keerthy Suresh, who plays a lead role in the film, told us exclusively, “The shoot of the film is pending. I don’t think I can talk about much about it right now because there’s a long way to go. So, let’s talk about this a little later.” She added, “Yes, I’m playing the lead role…it’s a lead role.”
Talking about the characters of Nayanthara, Meena and Khushboo, Keerthy said, “Oh, my God (laughs)! The movies revolves around a sibling relationship and they are playing other characters in it.”
