Popular TV actress Mrunal Thakur, who made a sensational debut with Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 and went to act opposite John Abraham in Batla House, is establishing her name in showbiz as she will be next seen in Farhan Akhtar‘s Toofan and Shahid Kapoor‘s Jersey. While we are sure that the actress will impress us with her performances in these ventures, in a recent interview, she expressed her desire to work with Bollywood megastar and by looking at her excitement, it seems she is as huge fan of him as we are. We are talking about the King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan.
Talking to Bollywood Hungama, Mrunal said, “I am in love with Shah Rukh Khan. He has that charm. If I ever get to work with him I don’t know if I would even perform or just end up looking at him. I really wish to work with SRK in a nice romantic number like all the 2000s movies like Kal Ho Na Ho, Main Hoon Na, Veer Zaara, all the SRK films. I don’t see all those romantic movies being made in this era.”
Expressing her desire to collaborate with him like a movie on the lines of Roja, she added, “I want to be a part of a movie with SRK where it is really passionately romantic. You remember Roja (1992), what a beautiful film it was. It was just the way they looked at each other. I think that treatment is not happening now. It’s just like too bold now and everybody is really like even the characters that we play, they are ready to jump onto each other and start kissing.”
Well, we hope all the filmmakers are listening to Mrunal and will make her dream come true soon.
